Note: If there is something you would like and its not on our menu, just let us know and we’ll let you know if we can do it for you or not. Odds are, if it’s not Chinese or deep-fried, we can do it for you.
Hamburgers and Boneless Chicken Breasts:
Grilled angus hamburgers, Grilled boneless chicken breasts lightly flavored with Cajun or Canadian chicken seasonings delivered hot in chaffing pans allowing each individual to prepare his or her own sandwich on fresh buns utilizing: romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, pickles, cheese slices, ketchup, mustard and mayo. Delivered with your choice of sides, dessert, drinks, ice and all the necessary utensils and paper products.
(Brats or 99% black-angus beef hot dogs can be selected in place of, or in addition to, Hamburgers or chicken breasts if you prefer.)
Herb Roasted Pork Loin with Fruit Chutney and Roasted Bone-in Chicken:
Herb Roasted Pork Loin served with Chad’s fruit chutney of the day and roasted chicken on the bone. Delivered with your choice of sides, dessert, drinks, ice and all the necessary utensils and paper products.
Grilled New York Strip Steaks and Grilled Boneless Chicken Breasts:
Grilled 8 - 10 oz Steaks, cooked medium and a couple of grilled boneless chicken breasts in case you have diners that do not eat beef. Delivered with your choice of sides, dessert, drinks, ice and all the necessary utensils and paper products.
Prime Rib:
Just like it says: Prime Rib cooked medium and delivered fresh and delicious with grilled boneless chicken breasts or herb roasted bone-in chicken depending on your preference. Delivered with your choice of sides, dessert, drinks, ice and all the necessary utensils and paper products.
Roast Beef:
Roast Beef cooked medium and delivered fresh and delicious with grilled boneless chicken breasts or herb roasted bone-in chicken depending on your preference. Delivered with your choice of sides, dessert, drinks, ice and all the necessary utensils and paper products.
Meatloaf:
The ultimate home-cooked, comfort food, perfect wen served with cheesy-garlic mashed potatoes or cheesy Au Gratin potatoes or any other side(s) of your choice along with dessert, drinks, ice and all the necessary utensils and paper products.
Ribeye Steaks and Grilled Boneless Chicken Breasts:
Grilled 6 oz. Rib eye steaks are grilled peppers and onions served with hoagie rolls and provolone cheese with a couple of grilled boneless chicken breasts in case you have diners that do no eat beef.
Mexican Bar:
Nacho Chips, Burrito Shells, Taco Shells, seasoned ground beef, seasoned chicken, refried beans, Mexican rice, cheese sauce, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, mild salsa, chunky salsa, taco sauce, pepperoncinis and other assorted peppers, dessert, drinks, ice and all the necessary utensils and paper products.
Pasta Bar:
Fettuccini noodles, Farfalle (bow-tie) noodles, Meatballs, Sliced chicken, Alfredo sauce, meatless marinara sauce, Garlic toast, Salad (tossed spring mix and romaine with purple onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded carrots, sliced mushrooms, red and green peppers with bacon bits, shredded cheese, croutons and assorted dressings on the side), Dessert, Drinks, ice and all the necessary utensils and paper products.
Seafood Pasta:
Large Chunks of crabmeat and seasoned shrimp tossed in pasta with butter, garlic, herbs and olive oil ~ can be added to our pasta with our authentic alfredo sauce~ Served with Garlic Toast, Salad (tossed spring mix and romaine, shredded cheese, croutons and assorted dressings), Dessert, Drinks, ice and all the necessary utensils and paper products.
Lasagna:
Either Italian meatball and ground beef, vegetable or chicken with white sauce, served as a combination with our pasta bar or on its own with Garlic Toast, Salad (tossed spring mix and romaine with shredded cheese, croutons, and assorted dressings), Desserts, Drinks, ice and all the necessary utensils and paper products.
Salad Bar:
Large quantities of chopped mixed field greens and chopped romaine lettuce, shredded cheese, sliced red onions, cherry tomatoes, chopped seasoned chicken, shredded carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, mushrooms, cottage cheese, fresh fruit and either potato, pasta, or macaroni salad: Dessert, Drinks, ice and all the necessary utensils and paper products.
Potato and Salad Bar:
Large baked potatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, butter, bacon crumbles and salsa, served with large quantities of chopped mixed field greens and chopped romaine lettuce, shredded cheese, sliced red onions, cherry tomatoes, chopped seasoned chicken, sliced green peppers, sliced red peppers, seasoned croutons, olives, assorted pickles, shredded carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, mushrooms: Dessert, Drinks, ice and all the necessary utensils and paper products.
Soup and Salad Bar:
Choose two of our delicious homemade soups (see below) and combine them with large quantities of chopped mixed field greens and chopped romaine lettuce, shredded cheese, sliced red onions, cherry tomatoes, chopped seasoned chicken, sliced green peppers, sliced red peppers, seasoned croutons, olives, assorted pickles, shredded carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, mushrooms: Desserts, Drinks, ice and all the necessary utensils and paper products.
Soups:
Homemade because when the weather turns colder there is nothing better.
Vegetable Soup: Thick and chunky, made with fresh carrots, tomatoes, corn, green beans, peas, potatoes and mushrooms with a rich hearty tomato base; upon request, can also be prepared as vegetable beef stew.
Loaded Baked Potato Soup: Very thick and loaded with chunks of potato, cheddar cheese bacon, chives and our own special ingredient.
Creamy Cheesy Broccoli Soup: Filled with lots of fresh broccoli florets, mozzarella cheese, fresh herbs and our personal touch...what a delicious flavor!
Chili: Thick and hearty with lots of ground beef, beans, fresh tomatoes, onions and just a little bit spicy. If you would like it milder or hotter, just let us know and we’ll be happy to make it the way you want it. When served with our Black Angus hotdogs and cole slaw, this chunky chili makes a great chili slaw dog!
Chicken Noodle: We make it ourselves because it is the greatest cure for…anything. Filled with diced chicken breasts, carrots, celery, plump egg noodles, freshly ground white pepper and our "secret" ingredient.
**All of our freshly made soups are served with crackers; Chili is served with diced onions and shredded cheese; and loaded baked Potato soup is served with shredded cheese on the side. In cooler weather any of these soups with burgers, chickens, brats, dogs or a sandwich tray is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.**
Other Entrées:
There really isn’t a limit to what we can offer. If there is something you would like, just let us know and we will try it before we tell you we can do it. If we do it well, it tastes great and it travels well, we’ll be happy to do it for you. If not, we’ll let you know. Please understand that fried foods typically do not work well as they tend to get soggy if they are not served immediately. Otherwise, we have the skill and the ability to do just about anything.

Desserts:
Our standard dessert trays are assortments of fresh brownies with the occasional raspberry and lemon bar thrown in. The trays are decorated with powdered sugar, caramels, chocolate syrups, strawberries, raspberries and whipped cream to make them as beautiful as they are delicious. Other dessert options include: carrot cake, chocolate cake, fresh baked cookies of all types, apple dumplings…and just about anything else we can think of or you might want.

Note:
We know and understand that not everyone eats the same. As a rule, when preparing food for groups, we prepare 20% more of the entrée than the actual head count. If for instance you have a group of 50 and they would like hamburgers and boneless chicken breast sandwiches for their entrée, we are going to prepare and deliver 60 pieces of meat (30 chicken breasts and 30 hamburgers unless otherwise specified). The additional 20% rule is to ensure that your group will always have enough food without your having to add additional numbers to your headcount. Also, we have not included pricing on this menu due to the variances we are currently seeing in meat, cheese and produce pricing. With the exceptions of steaks, ribeyes, prime rib, roast beef and specialty cut meats all of our listed meals are available at roughly $9.00 to $12.00 per person including drinks, ice, paper products, utensils and delivery. We do not accept gratuity payments.
