Not so long ago I discovered a career I never would have imagined if not for John Arnold, franchise owner of Back Yard Burgers ™. John was approached by a mutual acquaintance and asked to do some catering, and although John had not yet officially begun catering, he agreed. That same mutual acquaintance then told John she knew of the perfect person to start up his catering business. Finally, she told me knew of just the job for me…and the meeting was scheduled. Since my last food service job was waiting tables in college, and I had been a “suit” my entire life, neither John nor I felt really great about our pending meeting, however, out of courtesy we met….That was over a year ago, and we have evolved from successfully creating Back Yard Burgers ™ Catering operating out of one of our restaurants, to Good Faith Catering, with a separate kitchen, dining facility and a wonderful client base! And I then I met Chad …..or more accurately I met Chad 's wife while catering lunch for her office. A few phone conversations and a meeting later, and we began what has been become a wonderful catering partnership! … Faith
